Since that life-altering day on December 10th, when my wife found me barely clinging to life, I’ve been on a journey—one I never asked for but now embrace—to understand what true wellness means.
In today’s world, we tend to treat symptoms. We focus on what someone is dealing with in the moment, but rarely do we dig deep enough to uncover the root cause. My experience has taught me that wellness isn’t simply the absence of symptoms. It’s something far more profound.
Over the past months, patients and friends have often asked me what I’ve done to start feeling better. The truth? Some days, I still don’t feel great. But I’m someone who is determined to make a difference in this life. On the days when my health holds me back, I remind myself that I have a purpose—to learn, grow, and share. I’m committed to doing everything I can to improve my health and to help others along the way.
That’s why I’ve started this blog. I want to share my journey—the struggles, the insights, and the tools I’ve found helpful in my pursuit of health and wellness. We live in a country where many people feel lost, unhealthy, and disconnected. While I don’t have all the answers, I do have an unshakable desire to help myself and others discover what wellness truly looks like.
I couldn’t do this without my wife—my unwavering support and anchor through it all. Even though we don’t have all the answers, we face this uncertainty together. My goal is clear: to figure out how to live a healthier, more fulfilled life.
I’ve met so many people who seem to “have it all” yet feel deeply unfulfilled. That’s not the life I want for myself, for my family, or for you. My goal is to live a life of contentment in a world overwhelmed by content.
This journey isn’t just about me; it’s about anyone who’s ever felt lost, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. I hope you’ll follow along because I promise to make this space meaningful and valuable for each of you.
I’m determined to make the most of the time I’ve been given, no matter how long or short it may be. I’m so grateful for my wife, my kids, and the chance to share this journey with you. My hope is that, through these posts, we can all learn to live healthier, more purposeful lives.
Let’s take this journey together.
